Seeing the movie clip on that Wrigley Field billboard showing Cubs win in 2015 WAS real real eerie!
Art imitating life. I sure hope so. Wish I was back in Chicago to experience it. I hear tickets are now going for up and over $1,000.00! :B- I hate the Cubs and their North Side chattering class fans.

Sorry to hear that. Was in Chicago on Sept 24 watching them lose to the Cardinals, but they clinched the wild card a couple days later . I thought the north side fans were great. Wrigley field is a great place to be, its certainly a nice old ball park.

Well, I'm a lovable Red Sox fan, so we can "love/hate one another" some other time - yes, GO CUBS - would be nice for the fans that has stood behind the Cubs all these years.up2nogood wrote:

Most were probably transplants from Hooterville, not Chicago natives. Even North Side natives now tend to favor the Sox, a team that plays in an old school, regular guy neighborhood, not in a combination tourist zone--youth ghetto.- Well your Cubs are down 2 & so are our Blue Jays. What the hell ?
