Good reason to get out of your RV in a storm
I hope the owners of this storm destroyed 5th wheel were not in it at the time.

I'm liking my 40,000 lb MH even more. I did watch the local weather one evening in Kansas with everything unhooked and ready to go if the reported tornado came my way. Fortunately it went apox 10 miles from us so I put the slides back out.
True. BUT, my mobility is enhanced by my little motorhome (only 20K instead of 40K). I can leave in seconds if, as stated, everything is folded up and disconnected.
Actually, thinking a STICK & BRICK house is a safe place is what gets people killed!
