I would not worry about warranty. Generally, you can assume that most all RV warranties are not worth the paper they are written on.
If the used, 2014, fits your needs, I would go for that one. Since it has been used some, the previous owner may have gotten some of the factory bugs worked out of it. The new 2016, on the other hand, will likely have a number of factory defects/quality control issues, that you will have to address. So possible much less aggrevation with the used RV.
