While I guess I asserted the same implications in a previous post, my wife is a university educated, former corporate Director at one of the largest luxury hotel chains in the world and the smartest person I know. If faced with the prospect of having to manually bring the awning down by herself, she would choose to just not put it up in the first place. She, and a lot of other women I know are wired this way.
hell im not so sure I'm not wired that way.....if i have to stake an awning down & tilt it a certain way to drain - id be looking at the sky saying "f' that its clouding over & i don't wanna have to undue all this crap...."
the beauty of the power awning is that you can extend it and retracted a million times a day .... fully or partially.
If i had an manual awning id end up leaving it out (to get ripped off the coach) just because i didn't wanna bother w/ it.
