- mlts22Explorer IIThe graffiti appears to be gang tags, so it is probably some people from a metro area realize that national parks don't train cameras on them 24/7, so they feel like they can destroy things since they likely won't be caught.
I have a feeling that this is going to be used to get more parks and such closed to the general public. It won't stop the hoodlums because they don't care about "No Trespassing" signs. - downtheroadExplorerThis kind of stuff makes me crazy....and some in the media call them, "Graffiti Artists."
Artists?? Ya, right. - BB_TXNomadEveryone should report even the slightest incindent of this sort. If you see such an event, get a license plate number, take a picture, or whatever else can be used and contact local authorities, park officials, etc. The only way to stop it, or at least slow it down, is for those idiots to know someone may be watching. The officials can't be everywhere all the time, there are so few of them and such a vast country. So it is up to us to help as much as possible to protect what we all treasure.
