New flooring with install. I have carpet right now and hate it - but it's in good shape and I can't justify ripping it up at this point. But, if I could get the flooring as a gift, I'd start ripping! :)

Um, a cover for winter, or a nice set of fire pokers! Although an electric jack seems convenient :)
