I'm thinkin' you hit it...I can see why someone would think that's an open space. In fact, from the looks of that bare spot to the left of the interloper's car, I think there used to be a picnic table there.

A quick chat with the camp host might establish "property lines" if it's important.

Looks like they're visiting our neighbors for the day. We saw (from a distance - we were gathering our anchors from the shoreline) them leave with the neighbors and their boat.

Only one fire ring. It's the same one... And they can't be moved, they anchored well.

Irritates me because that's where we were playing washers yesterday.
