You mean use the hand held sprayer as a bidet or simply for the water supply to the bidet? I think it may be too aggressive and unwieldy as a bidet. It could work for the water supply, but it's just as easy to use the toilet's water supply after the anti-siphon.
I was looking at the Biffy warmer and it looks like it will work well as an inline heater.
