No, anyone can use these. It is particularly welcomed by those with:
- Mobility issues (could be because of age, obesity, or disability)
- Hemorrhoids
- Less than smooth, hair free rear ends
- A desire to use water rather than toilet paper / wipes
It's a want to have for me, not a need to have. If you are happy with your current hygiene routine, there is no reason to consider this immediately, eventually, you'll come across one in a public facility, while traveling in Europe, or at a friends house and you can try one there.
