Mine are the P-51 and P-38. I still remember the P-38 firepower demo that they did after the end of WWII just east of Great Falls, MT. They had the center fuselage with stub wings. The demo was a something with the 50's and tracers plus the 20mm cannon. Very noisy! We drove down from Havre to see the demo.
Being that close to Wisconsin I'm sure you've made it up to the Oshkosh EAA fly-in. The number of warbirds that come in is just amazing.
