None of mine state anything about being refillable or non refillable.
NONE of the METAL HANDLE units are affected.
SOME, NOT "ALL" PLASTIC HANDLE UNITS ARE RECALLED.

IT CLEARLY SHOWS DETAILS ON WHAT IS AND IS NOT RECALLED.

Notice, the not recalled plastic handle has HORIZONTAL PULL PIN AND CURVED PLASTIC HANDLERECALLED PLASTIC HANDLE
NOTICE, THE RECALLED PLASTIC HANDLE HAS A VERTICAL PULL PIN AND A STRAIGHT PLASTIC HANDLE.
There are TOP BUTTON units with plastic tops that are also affected which I did not snip pictures of but are also show in the video above.
