On a Ford F-250 Crew Cab 4WD 7.3 TD 13,200d, what does the d mean after 13,200? Thanks RP

Since it's from a Ford website, I believe Twomed has the right answer. The d refers to footnote "d", somewhere on the page. It probably specifies a particular axle ratio, or ???
