My truck does not have a plug for my brake controller

Hey everybody, I recently purchased a truck with a tow package, but the plug that came with the truck that tied into the wiring harness was lost by the seller. I have a brake controller, and my truck...

The way I read the issue is they cannot find the vehicle plug under the dash. So, Toyota owners, where would they find the connection for the trailer brake controller? Is it possible they do not have the towing package and thus the necessary connection?
