We have a foot flush on ours, and I found out that if you lift the lever with your toe it fills the bowl with water. Fill it to residential level before you start #2 and when you flush it leaves no skid marks or anything that requires brushing, just like at home. Plus that guarantees that you have enough water in the tank to drain out the solids when the time comes.
Our last guys trip was fishing on Lake Erie, rained for 4 days straight. Hard to tell a buddy to hike out in the pouring rain when you have a facility right there. Yes, it's a more cleaning, but hey...I invited the guys to camp with me in my RV, I'm not gonna make 'em feel like second class citizens because I put too much hot sauce in the chili!!
