Some of these folks are like the person that pulled up to the other side of the dump station I was using. Thank goodness I had completed dumping, and had stored my hoses, elbow, and sewer pipe connector. He just pulled out his dump hose, connected it to the trailer, and just laid the hose out on the ground with the opening pointed toward the drain. Then opened valves and let both tanks just dump out into the open. At least he did raise the cover over the drain, so that most finally ran into the drain after spreading over the entire dump area. I just pulled clear of the wet area, then got out and finished closing up my bins and locking everything up. And he had an elbow for the end of the hose laying right there inside his wet bin, next to the valves.
