For a time, Northwoods had an east-coast factory. (circa 2001-2003)
But ya, they can be rare. A Texas couple I know drove to Florida to buy their used AF 29-5T. When they called the Factory they ended up taking to Ron Nash himself and he talked them through some features they were uncertain of.
