I was finding the same thing - very few out east. Some Arctic Foxes, but the ones I've seen have been so expensive. I actually just bought a 2002' Nash 22H a couple weeks ago in VT. It wasn't a deal to brag about, but I jumped on it because it's the exact model I wanted. I was actually willing to spend more and get something newer, but this showed up and is in such good shape internally and mechanically... so for roughly 1/2 what I was willing to spend it's just a little more weathered looking outside and has a slightly more dated interior design.
