You should get one more weight, just the TV no trailer. The three passes can verify tongue weight, and how well the WDH is adjusted.
This thread has some weights for another 3/4 ton Burb with different family. They were right at 3600 pounds on each axle no trailer. It appears you should use a little more WD tension to transfer more weight back to the front axle.
If yours weighs about the same about 3600 pounds per axle, you would have a little over 1100 pounds of tongue weight. GCWR is 16k, so you are just under that. I think the 2008+ 3/4 ton Burb is underrated (except that receiver). IK am very pleased with towing performance. Use Tow/Haul mode and I like M5 for keep it out of 6th gear.
I would get a little more WD to front axle, shift a little weight inside the TT to the rear if possible. Otherwise, you may want to replace the OEM shocks if you have not done do already. They are very underdamped IMHO.
The Reese dual cam is a bit picky about being adjusted correctly, with the detent in the WD bars centered over the cam lobes.
