I travel at night a lot of times to avoid the heat.
And YES I personally have seen it, ALL the time. That and real obvious drug deals.
I have no problem they stay in the semi truck parking area.
What I do HAVE a problem with is truckers dumping their urine bottles all over the parking lot especially the parking lots in state rest areas where we park too.:R
