Can you reverse the trip and stay at Ft. Wilderness first then take the cruise? That way you will be able to eat up your food and not have to worry about it going bad while you are on the cruise. It might be better all around. The parks can be pretty tiring. You might enjoy the relaxing part of the cruise after the busy time of the parks.
