Please help with new to me camper issue

Good morning, I'm new here. My name is Rob and my wife and I just purchased a 99 gulfstream conquest. This is our first camper, and we decided to put it on a seasonal site on the great sacandaga lake in Upstate NY.

So far our entire family loves the camping experience, and we're learning a tremendous amount about camping life. We plan to use this camper for a few years, while saving to get a new one. I've done some tinkering and replaced some things, and learned how to replace the awning last weekend.

Here's my issue-

I purchased a brand new RV battery from NAPA (the camper didn't come with a battery). When I installed it and hooked everything up for the season, everything in the camper functioned properly. we went home for the week and went back, and a few things didn't work (the radio system, the light panel that says how much is in the gray, and black tanks, and the gas fume detector seem to be not working at all.. I took the battery out and had it charged, and reinstalled it and everything worked again.

Id like to see where to start the diag process? I am unsure of what charges the actual battery and where its located in order to test it.. All the breakers are good, and all the fuses are good.

I am very much looking forward to hearing from you all. I am also looking forward to being a valuable asset of the rv.net community.

thank you,

Rob
