porch light lens replacement

Question

Maybe u folks can help. Lost my porch light lens on the road..called Jayco..no luck..went to dealer no luck..go to Camping World..they have a generic lens doesn't fit my trailer..tried e bay no luck.. Do I have to replace the whole porch light or is there a plan B? I guess I could just tape it but that's pretty lame. Any thoughts please?

Would need more info about which rig and/or light you have.  Perhaps you can find it among these Jayco light parts?

I think I paid about 8 bucks for a new one last year.

Plan B- find an Independent RV Supply store that has been in business for a long time. They may have one.

Plan C- if you can get the manufacturer and part number for your light fixture and contact an RV Salvage company to see if they would have a lens.

Plan D- Replace with an LED upgrade.

Yes I forgot to mention that trailer is a 2007  Jayco feather Lite 218Thanks and I will take a look at that website.

There is an aftermarket motion sensitive porch light that replaces many stock units.  Should be easy to retrofit.
