I'm sorry to get off topic. I just had to say this and I apologize.
Cold Outside ?? In Southern CA. Golly, did it get down to 68 degrees or something. :W - BipeflierExplorerJust ensure that the attachment screws that hold the pump to the camper aren't too tight. The pump should be cushioned by rubber bumpers where it is attached. Better a little loose on the screws than too tight.
- wa8yxmExplorer IIIEasiest way to purge air from water pump... FLush toilet.
- Old-BiscuitExplorer IIIOnly place pump can suck any air is via fittings, connections, loose hose clamps etc on SUCTION side of pump
IF purging air from system via running water thru faucets/toilet then check pump suction side - rekoj71ExplorerRunning it should purge the pump, filter and the lines especially since these things a re self priming. If it's still pumping air bubbles out then you probably have a loose connection somewhere that might be allowing the pump to suck in air when it's running.

OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENTS
With pump switch off and battery fully charged, fill water tank, open all faucets and then turn pump switch on. Water will begin to flow. Until the water is free of air, turn faucets off. Remember, you are filling the water heater, the toilet and the shower lines at the same time. When all valves are shut off, pump will stop. Should the pump fail to stop, turn switch off and check troubleshooting guide.

Until tomorrow I'm done for tonight. - midnightsadieExplorer IIyou did install it in the right direction? it should pick water up from your tank and take right off.
- coolmom42Explorer IIOpen all the faucets, and run both cold and hot water. Let them run for a while. That should bleed out any air.
Check that the pump is on something cushioned, that all the lines are secured or cushioned, and not banging against each other or the wall.
A loop of flexible hose at the outlet can also help with vibration dampening.
