Quick Disconnect - Water Softener
Recently purchased a water softener for the RV. I have read some posts (here and another forum) referring to quick disconnects for the hoses, which would make setup/breakdown/regeneration go quicker....

I've added the quick disconnects too. It makes adding extra hoses and connecting to the camper much easier and quicker. I use them to connect to my home made filter system that feeds the water softener, so I have at least 3 hoses to connect every time I set up and then sometimes an extension to get to the campground water spigot. I also added a Y connector coming off the water softener (with quick disconnects) so I could attach a hose when doing the regen and also so I can wash my rig, etc.
