Quick Disconnect - Water Softener
Recently purchased a water softener for the RV. I have read some posts (here and another forum) referring to quick disconnects for the hoses, which would make setup/breakdown/regeneration go quicker....

I've been using quick disconnects during our eight years of full timing. I started with the bronze but found that the plastic ones lasted longer and didn't leak. I replace them every two or three years but like them because they have built-in check valves. I buy mine at Lowe's in the garden department.
