Repair 4 diesel
We are stuck in Eugene, OR with our 2006 F-350 diesel and 5er. We are at a cg, but need a good mech a nic. Truck died coming off highway .

If it's a 80kmi cherry grampa driven truck, I'd say you could get $15k all day or maybe up to $20k if you find a buyer uninformed about 6liters.
Take that $15-20k and buy, private party, the lowest mileage, newest best condition HD gasser truck you can find from any of the big 3 with the nod going to GM and Ford over Dodge, unless you can find a 4th gen Dodge Hemi.

You nailed it. When he called me, he was ordering the kit and said it would be between $1500 to $2000. So, I guess I got a deal. :)
The mechanic told me in another 30,000 miles, I should have the head gaskets done, before they blow.
