I am a rule follower... but not my husband. I could see him parking here if he was just going to run into the store for a minute while I am rereading the sign to him horrified. But then I would never ride my bike the opposite direction on one way roads in campgrounds, or go out an entrance in a store. He does things like this just to see if I will follow him, which I never do. 42 years later, he can't change me and I can't change him. We both agree that we would never use a handicap parking place. Yikes!
