There are some "ifs" here and they are important, in my opinion.
IF the showers were prominently featured in their advertising, then you should expect them to be working; and a shower without hot water is not "working".
THEN it kind of depends on how LONG it's been out and what they have done in an attempt to fix it. I can't see it taking several days.......unless maybe it's a boiler.
Discuss it with the management. Ask questions. If they are straightforward and cooperative you might want to cut them some slack. If they give you some BS story, demand a rebate.
Promised bad press on social media sites can be a powerful bargaining tool.
