If you have a self contained rig, a few bucks a day would probably be appropriate. If you have a popup or are tenting, the park should know you rely on the showers, then all bets are off. We would try to relocate you to another park and offer something for the inconvenience.
Now, if the hot water is only off for a few hours or maybe one day while they bring in replacement parks, that is a little different. Then, a little understanding on your part might be all that is needed.

OP stated in post "No Hot Water.... Went back to the desk who said it could be several days or more until they have hot water again."
