Our experience has been:
When we arrived with our over ten year old trailer that looked great (no reservation in Kingman AZ).
The front desk said that they didn't really care about walks ups in good shape.
I'm told the rule is out there for the "upscale RV'er" that might not want a downscale coach parked next to them.
Some of nicest folks I've talked with on the road had RV's that weren't in the best shape.
