"The RV is old and looks it. The paint is oxidized but there are no parts missing, no big dents or hanging fenders. I really can understand the age restrictions so will have to work harder to make my way around the country."
You may be surprised how it will clean up. Ours was oxidized when we got it. To the point every time it rained, there were chalky streaks running down the windshield.
DH gave it a good cleaning. However he has health issues, so we have been paying someone about once a year to clean, wax and detail the exterior. There are enough ppl out of work and having hard times, that you can find someone to do it for a reasonable price.
