The ten year rule does not bother us since ours is 27 years young. Yep one fender has a battle scar from a fight with a deer the stripes are faded but everything works and there are no leaks and no payments and we love the floorplan.
We prefer state and national parks over RV parks that might have that rule that is not the reason we prefer them it is just a perk. If we have to stay in a RV Park I always ask if they have a rule against older RV's if they do fine I just go some where else.
One of the funniest things that has happened to us when we pulled into a state park and the people next to us in a new DP asked if we could move since our RV was so old. and it ruined there view. Shortly after I had said no but was still laughing they left the park.
