Well, I've been there done that. 10 year rule is often in the camp ground "rules" but have stayed in Encore parks in Arizona that have a "Skunk Hollow" where the old and junky stuff end up.
10 years might be a bit fussy, but some of the 20 plus campers were just junk. We found a better class of park.
