That is exactly what the 10 yr rule does. It is a Camper Courtesy test even before check-in. Restriction to Class A only weeds them out even more. If it has Resort in the name theres a pretty good chance your neighbors will be proud of their MH's and it rules out a bunch of the rif raft, (not all but most). I search out these MH parks to stop at.
