It's just another form of discrimination, plain and simple.
Some think it's ok to discriminate. Some even try and justify their discrimination. Justify or not, it's still discrimination any way you cut it.
Using this logic then every rule any RV park has is discrimination. What if I want to pull into a nice RV park with my wagon and 20 mule team and the manager tells me no. Is that discrimination too? What if I'm driving my 200 head of cattle to market and I want to stay in an RV park for the night and let the cattle graze, is that discrimination?
Here is the definition of discrimination for you:
Discrimination is the prejudicial and/or distinguishing treatment of an individual based on their actual or perceived membership in a certain group or category, "in a way that is worse than the way people are usually treated
So yes, in your example, it sure is.
Let me give you another example:
If you went to a Harley event and the people that put on the event said sorry, we don't like 2002 Fat Boys, so no 2002 Harley Fat Boys allowed. They would be discriminating against you. They are treating you different than riders that own newer or older than 2002 Harley Fat boys.
Since your Fat Boy does not "fit in," and they are treating you different, they are discriminating against you. Get it?
