I fully agree that it is mostly the "resorts" that have these rules. We are 11 this year and so far have never been refused. In fact we've never been to a park that had an age restriction. I know they are out there. The best advice is to call ahead. But if your rig is in great shape even if it is older than 10 most parks won't turn you away.
