There is no substitute for heavy duty quality products. Bought a Q100 a couple of years ago. Was concerned that the low BTUs would not cook well. Turns out my concerns were unfounded. The cast grate when hot sears steaks to perfection easily. The key is letting it get hot. Did buy onenof those fancy SS grills from CW several years ago. One trip and realized what a mistake that was. After several flame outs for no reason and total failure within three weeks, took it back with no regrets.
