I wouldn't want China setting foot in the RV market. Look at what they did with the solar industry, where there were numerous reports about hack attempts, then about six months later, panels hit our shores for dirt cheap, completely trashing the future of US having a solar industry. Even Germany's market is trashed with Siemens selling off anything to do with PV collecting.
If China really wanted the RV market, they would take it. They would come in with units that are very low priced and marketed similar to Priuses (where their stuff is cool, and US RVs are boring old units.) They play this game so for a couple years, and US makers would not have a chance to compete against this. Domestic makers go under, and then prices go up, quality goes down, and we have yet another market seized by a foreign country.
