Sorry, but no. The Chinese make what they're paid to make, at the level of quality that they're paid to make it. If they're directed to make high quality products (such as Apple and other electronics) they do so. If they're directed to cut costs in any way they can (many other AMERICAN companies want this) then that's what they do.
Sorry, but for those things made for and branded by American companies that are made in China that are junk: It's not the Chinese to blame.
