Read the fine print carefully.... They do not give any cash back. Once a year in February they send you a check made out to you and Sam's Club. It wasn't clear to me by reading the fine print several times if you can cash the check and get cash at a SC, or if it can only be used for purchases at SC. Still not a bad deal, but I opted not to go for it after reading their privacy policy. They can distribute whatever info they have on you, including personal identifiers, your SSN, shopping habits, etc, to any of their affiliates, and you cannot opt out. You can opt out on info sharing with non-affiliates. Also, you agree to allow them to automatically charge the card for your annual membership fee, although that is no big deal.
