None of those gimmicks can beat publix. Once or twice a month they sell a $50 gas card for $40 when you buy $50 worth of groceries. And it is for each $50 worth that you can get another card. That equates to 20 percent off fuel which is 80 cents per gallon at $4 per gallon.
