Likewise. I used Geocel Tripolymer 2300 for exterior joints and it is holding very well. The 2300 is very close in specifications to Proflex RV.
It resists mold better than Dicor, is easier to apply and is cheaper if you if you buy it somewhere other than an RV store. A roofer told me about Geocel about 12 years ago. I have tried other caulks that were cheaper over the years and all work some better than others. But for all around I would go with Geocel. After making a lot of messes applying caulking several tips that may help, on vertical surfaces is to apply the caulk in several layers if the gap is large and also to use masking tape on either side of the caulk line and remove the tape before it cures. I know many do a nice neat job just with their finger I just never could especially in corner areas.
