You can use the sealant or caulk selected by the manufacturer, which is often different seams. The manufacturer's service manuals should have product specifications and part numbers. Many RV dealers carry these products in 3M and Dicor brands, manufacturers often use products not branded for retail. Any servicing RV dealer can help you select for each seam application.
