No silicone! Use Geocell Profex RV caulk.

Dicor is the thing to use on roofs. Too runny for any vertical surface repair. 2X on Geocell Pro Flex!

Proflex, white or clear, depending where applied.

Self leveling Dicor, sure - but Dicor also offers a non sag formula designed specifically for use on vertical surfaces.

Dicor (of the proper variety) or ProFlex are the standard options. In some situations, Eternabond tape can also work very, very well.

I've had pretty good luck with OSI Quad, which at least to me appears to be very similar to ProFlex but costs less and is more readily available at places like Home Depot or Lowes.
