IF you are going to park it for a LONG time on the same site (Example I blew an engine) get a length of 4" PVC pipe, pop the end off the hose and slide it into the pipe, put the end back on (Pipe needs to be cut to length) under the Motor home end put some kind of support.. Do not leave valves open with a non-water trap, ,hose connected (reason: The Stinky RV in the ads for useless money wasting chemicals, that is why it is stinky the valves are open).
Id you wish you can use a sweep elbow at the motor home end to turn the end of the pipe up and hook to the dump valve.
If you move about a lot you can get two lengths of pipe. I'd go with 5 feet, and perhaps a pair of shorter (2.5 feet) lengths, these should just slide into one another,,, That way you can make an adjustable length pipe. A giant rubber band can keep it from acccidently shortenig while you are set up.
