My new Era Class B came with only a 6 foot dump hose. By the time it gets from the tank connection to the ground it has to be fully stretched to reach most dumping points and we know what that leads to. :EI installed a 6 foot tube under the bed with caps to store the hose and it works great. I want to get a 10 foot hose but to fit the cap where I routed for the bayonet ears I need one with only the ears, no extra points and the other end should have no fitting.The ones I seem to find look like they have extra protrusions between the bayonet ears. If I need to do more routing I can when I get home but I was hoping to get one shipped to me. If anyone have seen such an animal please let me know.Dave

If I understand the plan the end of the hose with no fittings would be the end going into the sewer at the site. If so, this is not a good idea for several reasons: I've seen such a hose sucked into the sewer and block everything upstream resulting in sewers overflowing and, how would a donut be fitted to the end which is required in many campgrounds.If I didn't understand the plan ignore the above.

I understand the need for people to give advice, but I have been dumping my RVs for 19 years and have never seen anyone use a donut at the dump station. Moreover, I haven't a clue how a hose attached to my RV and with my foot pressed on it to make sure it doesn't move when I open the gate would possibly get sucked into the sewer system!Regardless, Winnebago supplied be with a 6 footer as I described and I am simply asking if anyone has seen a 10 footer just like it.Dave

I know what the OP is looking for, but doubt it can be found. It seems that manufacturers think the bigger and more complicated a piece is, the more they can charge and the more they can make. I needed a piece that would fit inside a 4" threaded PVC pipe and had no luck after an extended search. I ended up getting the smallest piece I could find and cut the extra protruding extra pieces off with a hack saw, and then ground the remaining extra plastic off with a bench grinder and course file until it would fit.
