When I had my 2010 F150 I put Rancho 9000's on it. Rear was easy, front not so. I took it to a truck accessories shop to have them done. Had them for less than a year.
One of the rears always seemed to be hard to adjust. One of the fronts ended up leaking bad. Ranchos warranty is really good. I got another front for free. But had to pay to have it installed. When I traded my F150 in on my Ram 2500 the rear one that was finicky was leaking too. Needless to say I went with Bilstiens when I upgraded my shocks on the Ram.
