You are giving people too much credit. They cant even merge SMOOTHLY. They come on the entrance ramp and act as though you are supposed to get the heck out of their way. Or they come on so slowly then take off flying. Worse part of driving is the entrance ramps. If people didn't have three signs, they would whine that it's unfair.
