I think there are just too many signs of all kinds cluttering up the highways. However, we now live among a dumbed down society, too many people with no common sense, and those who believe the laws and rules of the road don't apply to them and are only too happy to sue in the event of an accident. And then we have those drivers who are too pre-occupied on a cell phone, reading a newspaper, eating, etc., to even see the first or second warning signs of speed and road change alerts.
