In the north (And not all that far north) the yellow lines could be snow covered and slippery.
Common sense should dictate that you wouldn't be passing in those conditions.
People don't follow the speed limits, and we see people passing all the time in areas they aren't supposed to pass in.
Part of my point. Even with all the signage people still don't obey. One sign or 10 signs will still give the same result.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not against proper signage, but how much is too much? Do people really need to read the same thing 3 or more times before they get it?
